REGULATION ( EEC) No 213 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 January 1974 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2096/73 as regards the buying-in prices for permanent intervention in respect of certain qualities of beef and veal

Whereas certain coefficients for the fixing of The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2096/ 73 is buying-in prices were fixed by Commission Regula­ replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . tion ( EEC) No 21 2/74 ( 3) of 25 January 1974 by way of derogation from those fixed previously ; whereas, Art icle 2 accordingly, the buying-in prices for the qualities involved must be fixed by way of derogation from This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 January those contained in the Annex to Commission Regula­ 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
