Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 (5) of 23 August 1973, as last amended by Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 214/74 (6), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 February 1569/72 ; whereas the components used to calculate 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
