REGULATION (EEC) No 405/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 February 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2096/73 as regards the buying-in prices for permanent intervention in respect of certain qualities of beef and veal in Great Britain

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN veal, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 213/74 COMMUNITIES, (5); Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 ( !) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal, as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation (EEC) No 187/73 (2), and in particular Article 6 (5) (c) thereof ; Article 1

Whereas certain coefficients for the fixing of The part concerning '(A) Great Britain in the Annex buying-in prices in Great Britain were fixed by to Regulation (EEC) No 2096/73 is replaced by the Commission Regulation (EEC) No 404/74 (3) of 15 Annex to this Regulation. February 1974 by way of derogation from those fixed previously ; whereas there is reason therefore to Article 2 complete Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2096/73 (4) of 27 July 1973 fixing the buying-in prices for This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 February permanent intervention on the market for beef and 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
