Article 5 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 243/73 occurs, it is for the Commission to decide, in accordance with Article 2 these Articles and in respect of the products concerned, the amounts applicable as compensatory This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
