Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 259/72 ( J ) of 16 June 1972 on the disposal of butter at a reduced price to certain Community processing undertakings, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 1241 /74 (2), authorizes the delivery, to industries manufacturing the goods falling within heading No 1 .
