REGULATION ( EEC) No 3138 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 December 1974 fixing, for the partial invitation to tender of 18 December 1974 , the adjustment amounts of the subsidy referred to in Article 16 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 3062 / 74
