The second indent of the note (N.B.) is to be read as follows : — as 'countries of the Arabian Peninsula' are to be understood in the sense of this Regulation the following countries situated in the Peninsula and the territories connected : Saudi Arabia, Bahrain , Qater, Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman , Union of Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman , Ummal Qaiwain, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah), Republic of Yemen (Yemen North) and Democratic Popular Republic of Yemen (Yemen South).

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 February 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
