REGULATION ( EEC) No 393 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 18 February 1975 concerning an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil.as food aid to Bangladesh

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the manufacture and delivery of 1 600 metric tons of COMMUNITIES, butteroil for Bangladesh, divided into the following lots : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Lot A : 500 metric tons, Economic Community ; Lot B : 500 metric tons , Lot C ; 600 metric tons . Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 ( x ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 662/74, (2), and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof ; 1 . Article 1 The closing date for the submission of tenders shall be 4 March 1975 at 12 noon .
