REGULATION (EEC) No 471/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 February 1975 on the sale of butter at reduced prices to persons receiving social assistance
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular From 1 April 1975 until the end of the 1975/76 milk Article 43 thereof ; year Member States shall be authorized to grant aid for the purchase of butter at reduced prices by persons receiving social assistance. Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products, as last Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 465/75 (2), and in particular Article 12 (2) thereof; Member States shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that the aid is given only to persons Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; receiving social assistance and is granted only in respect of amounts of butter which do not exceed Having regard to the Opinion of the European their personal consumption.
