REGULATION (EEC) No 835/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 March 15*75 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 536/75 as regards the fixing of the buying-in prices for intervention for certain qualities of beef in France

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 6 (5) (c) thereof ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
