Article 2 2. For the 1975/76 marketing year, the amount of the levy referred to in Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 is hereby fixed at 1-02 units of account per 100 kilogrammes of white sugar. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
