REGULATION (EEC) No 2045/75 OF THE COMMISSION

of 25 July 1975 on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import licences and advance fixing certificates for beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Regulation (EEC) No 193/75 (5) of 17 January 1975 COMMUNITIES , laying down common detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural Having regard to the Treaty establishing the products ; European Economic Community ;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/ are in accordance with the Opinion of the 68 (*) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Management Committee for Beef and Veal, of the market in beef and veal, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1855/74 (2), and in particular Articles 12a (2), 14 (4) and 15 (3 ) thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

"Whereas special detailed rules for the application of the system of import licences and advance fixing Article 1 certificates established for beef and veal were laid down by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2637/ This Regulation lays down special detailed rules for 70 (3) of 23 December 1970 on special detailed rules the application of the system of import licences and for the application of the system of import and advance fixing certificates established by Article 12a export licences and advance fixing certificates for and pursuant to Article 15 of Regulation (EEC) agricultural products, as last amended by Regulation No 805/68 . However, licences giving entitlement to the special Article 5 import arrangements provided for in Article 14 (3 ) (b) (bb) of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 shall be 1 .
