laying down certain detailed rules for granting the amount provided for the refining of raw sugar produced in the French overseas departments
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN produced in the French overseas departments, as COMMUNITIES, amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2880/74 (5), should be repealed ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330/ 74 ( ! ) of 19 December 1974 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2623/75 (2), and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Articles 9 (6) and 34 thereof ;
Whereas the third subparagraph of Article 9 (3) of Article 1 Regulation ( EEC) No 3330 /74 provides that for the period 1 March 1975 to 30 June 1976 an amount may 1 .
