REGULATION (EEC) No 3192/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 5 December 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 232/75 as regards the age of the butter put up for sale, and Regulation (EEC) No 1282/72 as regards the application of the export refunds

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 232/75 (5) of 30 January 1975 on the sale of butter at reduced Article 2 prices for use in the manufacture of pastry products and ice cream, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) There shall be added to Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 2927/75 (6), provides that the butter put up for sale No 1282/72 the following subparagraph : must have been taken into storage before 1 July '(c) no refund shall be granted.' 1975 ; whereas, having regard to the butter storage position in the Community, this date should be Article 3 altered ;

Whereas the amended wording of Article 8 of This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1282/72 (7) of 21 following its publication in the Official Journal of June 1972 on the sale of butter at a reduced price to the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
