COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 513/76 of 5 March 1976

amending the Annex to Regulations (EEC) No 136/76 and (EEC) No 336/76 fixing^ pursuant to the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) No 3354/75 and (EEC) No 135/76, the minimum selling price for skimmed-milk powder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No The column relating to Italy in the Annex to 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Regulations (EEC) No 136/76 and (EEC) No 336/76 are amended as follows : conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member Amounts to be granted on imports States (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No and charged on exports 475/75 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, CCT heading No Italy Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 136/76 Lit. /100 kg of 22 January 1976 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 387/76 (4), fixed the minimum ex 04.02 A II b) 1 1601 selling price for skimmed-milk powder pursuant to ex 23.07 B I a ) 2 566 the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) ex 23.07 B I a) 3 96 1 No 3354/75 ; whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) ex 23.07 B I a) 4 1281 ex 23.07 B I b ) 2 919 No 336/76 of 17 February 1976 (5), amended by ex 23.07 B I b) 3 1447 Regulation (EEC) No 455/76 (6), fixed the minimum 1437 ex 23.07 B I c) 2 selling price for skimmed-milk powder pursuant to ex 23.07 B I c) 3 1480 the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) ex 23.07 B II 1361 No 135/76 ; Whereas from 8 March 1976 the monetary compensatory amounts applicable in Italy are to be Article 2 altered in accordance with Commission Regulation (EEC) No 512/76 of 5 March 1976 (7); whereas the Annex to Regulations (EEC) No 136/76 and (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 March No 336/76 should be amended accordingly, 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
