of 15 March 1976 amending the Annex to Regulations (EEC) No 136/76 and (EEC) No 336/76 fixing, pursuant to the invitation to tender opened by Regulations (EEC) No 3354/75 and (EEC) No 135/76, the minimum selling price for skimmed-milk powder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) COMMUNITIES, No 135 /76 ; Whereas with effect from 15 March 1976 the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, monetary compensatory amounts are to be fixed in accordance with Commission Regulation (EEC) No Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 572/76 of 15 March 1976 ( 8 ); whereas the Annexes to 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Regulations (EEC) No 136/76 and (EEC) No 336/76 of the market in milk and milk products (*), as last should consequently each be replaced ; amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5 ) thereof, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinions of the Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Management Committees for Milk and Milk 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Products, and for Cereals , conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : States (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 557/76 (4 ), and in particular Article 6 thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 136/76 The Annexes to Regulations (EEC) No 136/76 and of 22 January 1976 (6), as last amended by (EEC) No 336/76 are each hereby replaced by the Regulation (EEC) No 513/76 (6), fixed the minimum Annex to this Regulation . selling price for skimmed-milk powder pursuant to the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) No 3354/75 ; whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) Article 2 No 336/76 of 17 February 1976 (7), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 513 /76, fixed the minimum This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 March selling price for skimmed-milk powder pursuant to 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
