COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 587/76 of 15 March 1976 repealing Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2582/75 fixing the amounts to be levied by way of accession compensatory amounts to prevent deflections of trade in the beef and veal sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty of Accession ('),

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 181 /73 of 23 January 1973 laying down general rules HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : for a system of compensatory amounts for beef and veal (2), and in particular Article 14 ( 1 ), Article 1 Whereas, following the reduction of accession compensatory amounts with effect from 15 March Regulation (EEC) No 2582/75 is hereby repealed. 1976, Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2582/75 of 10 October 1975 fixing the amounts to be levied by way of accession compensatory amounts to prevent Article 2 deflections of trade in the beef and veal sector (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2893/75 (4), should This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 March be repealed ; 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
