COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 815/76 of 6 April 1976 extending the total suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties for new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a) and potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A III b)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN the Common Customs Tariff duties for seed potatoes COMMUNITIES, falling within subheading 07.01 A I and new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a)(2), as amended Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European by Regulation (EEC) No 667/76, the date 15 April Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 1976 shall be replaced by the date 25 April 1976 with thereof, respect to new potatoes falling within subheading Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 667/76 ( !) has 07.01 A II a). suspended until 15 April 1976 the autonomous Article 2 Common Customs Tariff duties applicable to new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a) and In Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 128/76 to potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A III b) ; of 20 January 1976 temporarily and totally Whereas there is still a shortage of these products in suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff the Community ; whereas accordingly the suspension duty for potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A should be extended for a limited period, III b) (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 667/76, the date 30 April 1976 shall be replaced by the date 30 June 1976 . HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3 Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day In Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 288/76 following its publication in the Official Journal of of 9 February 1976 temporarily and totally suspending the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
