COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2220/ 76 of 13 September 1976 amending for the first time Regulation (EEC) No 2045 /75 on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import licences and advance fixing certificates for beef and veal

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 4 are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Beef and Veal , An Article 3a as follows is inserted in Regulation ( EEC) No 2045/ 75 :
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 'Article 3 a
Article 1 1 . Where the refund for a product may be fixed in advance in respect of certain destinations only, the Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2045/75 is amended name or names of the country or countries of desti to read as follows : nation shall be entered in section 13 of the applica tion for a certificate and of the certificate itself.
