COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2504/ 76 of 14 October 1976 correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 572/76 fixing monetary compensatory amounts
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member States ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 557/76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts introduced by Regulation ( EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 572/76 (3) and amended with effect from 4 October by Regulation ( EEC) No 2424/76 (4) and with effect from 1 1 October by Regula tion ( EEC) No 2466/76 (5 ) ; whereas it has been found that as a result of a clerical error footnote (9) to Part 5 of Annex I was not correctly printed ; whereas the Regulation in question should therefore be amended ,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Article 1 Footnote (9) to Part 5 of Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 572/76, is amended as follows : (a) in respect of Regulation ( EEC) No 2424/76 : '(9) In trade with third countries the coefficient 1-7120 is applied to this amount. This coefficient shall , however, be 1-5579 in the case of products containing skimmed milk powder sold under Regulation ( EEC) No 2054/76. For products consigned to Italy by another Member State in accordance with Regulation ( EEC) No 1624/ 76 (OJ No L 180 , 6 . 7 . 1976) this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-58 . Where these products contain skimmed-milk powder and either : (a) fish meal or fish oil and /or liver oil , 1 (b) active carbon and/or a mixture of Tartazine Yellow (E 102) and Patent Blue V (E 131 ) or Cochineal Red A (E 124) or Patent Blue V (E 131 ), (c) iron carbonate and/or iron sulphate and/or copper sulphate, the following monetary compensatory amounts shall apply in intra-Community trade and to exports to non-member countries : (') OJ No L 106, 12. 5 . 1971 , p. 1 . For the calculation of the fat content, only milk fat is taken into consideration.

Article2¶
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 October 1976. If so requested, it shall apply (a) in respect of Regulation (EEC) No 2424/76 with effect from 4 to 10 October 1976 ; (b) in respect of Regulation ( EEC) No 2466/76 with effect from 11 October 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
