Dog, når disse produkter indeholder skummetmælkspulver og enten a) fiskemel eller fiskeolie og/eller fiskelevertran, b) aktivt kul og/eller en blanding af tartrazingult (E 102) og patent blue V (E 131 ) eller cochenillerødt A (E 124) eller patentblue V (E 131 ), c) jerncarbonat og/eller jernsulfat og/eller kobbersulfat, anvendes det monetære udligningsbeløb til veksling inden for Fællesskabet og med tredjelande, henholdsvis — for underposition 23.07 B I a) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I a) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I b) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I b) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I c) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I c) 1 .

C) Pour les produits relevant de la sous-position 23.07 B I c) 1 ou 2 du tarif douanier commun , d'une teneur en poids supérieure à 50% de produits relevant de la position 07.06 ou 11.06 du tarif douanier commun, les montants compensatoires monétaires sont applicables aux produits relevant de la sous­ position 07.06 A du tarif douanier commun (Règlement ( CEE) n° 1497/76, JO n° L 167 du 26. 6. 1976, p. 27) .

7) For products falling within subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 or 2 of the Common Customs Tariff, containing more than 50% by weight of products falling within heading No 07.06 or 11.06 thereof the monetary compensatory amounts shall be those applicable to products falling within subheading 07.06 A thereof (Regulation (EEC) No 1497/76, OJ No L 167, 26. 6. 1976, p. 27).

2) In intra-Community trade, and when the product is denaturalized, according to Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 990/72, the basic amount and the possible supplementary amount shall be replaced by a single amount of: — 11-704 £ per 100 kg for the United Kingdom, — 7-999 £ per 100 kg for Ireland .

(*) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the following elements: ( a) the amount per kg indicated multiplied by the weight of milk and cream contained in 100 kg of the product; ( b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to : — 0*0727 £ for the United Kingdom , — 0*0497 £ for Ireland .

4) For products under subheading 04.01 A II a) the basic amount as well as the additional amount is replaced by the single amount of 3*798 .

5) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the following elements : ( a) the amount per 100 kg indicated; (b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to : — 0*0727 £ for the United Kingdom , — 0*0497 £ for Ireland .

7) For importations from New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of Protocol No 18 this compensatory amount is fixed at 23*500 and the special levy is not affected by the coefficient.

8) For importations from New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of Protocol No 18 this compensatory amount is fixed at 20*290 and the special levy is not affected by the coefficient.

(#) In trade with third countries the coefficient 1*7120 is applied to this amount. This coefficient, however, shall be 1*51 in the case of products containing skimmed-milk powder sold under Regulation (EEC) No 2054/76.
