COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3068/76 of 15 December 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1187/76 on the information to be supplied by the Member States to the Commission concerning the arrangements for the compulsory purchase of skimmed-milk powder

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

Regulation (EEC) No 1187/76 is hereby amended as Article 3 is hereby amended to read as follows : hereinafter appears. Article 6 Article 7 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Annexes I and II are hereby repealed. The Annex following its publication in the Official Journal of hereto is added to Regulation (EEC) No 1187/76. the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
