altering the monetary compensatory amounts

Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts provided for in Regulation ( EEC) No 974/71 were Article 1 fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC ) No 572/76 of 15 March 1976 ( 3), as last amended by Regulation 1 . In Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 572/76 the ( EEC ) No 178 /77 (4 ); column headed 'France' is hereby replaced by that set out in Annex I to this Regulation. Whereas, under Article 3 of Regulation ( EEC ) No 974/71 , the monetary compensatory amounts must be 2. Annexes II and III to Regulation (EEC) No altered if the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of 572/76 are hereby replaced by Annexes II and III to that Regulation changes by one point or more from this Regulation . the percentage taken as a basis for the preceding determination ; whereas the compensatory amounts must be altered in accordance with the change in this Article 2 . difference ; / Whereas detailed rules for the application of This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 February monetary compensatory amounts were laid down by 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

Dog, når disse produkter indeholder skummetmælkspulver og enten a) fiskemel eller fiskeolie og/eller fiskelevertran , b) aktivt kul og/eller en blanding af tartrazingult (E 102) og patent blue V (E 131 ) eller cochenillerødt A (E 124) eller patentblue V (E 131 ), c) jerncarbonat og/eller jernsulfat og/eller kobbersulfat, anvendes det monetære udligningsbeløb til veksling inden for Fællesskabet og med tredjelande, henholdsvis — for underposition 23.07 B I a) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I a ) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I b) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I b) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I c) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I c) 1 .

7) For products falling within subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 or 2 of the Common Customs T ariff, containing more than 50% by weight of products falling within heading No 07.06 or 11.06 thereof the monetary compensatory amounts shall be those applicable to products falling within subheading 07.06 A thereof ( Regulation (EEC) No 1497/76 , OJ No L 167, 26 . 6 . 1976 , p. 27).

3) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the following elements :

( a) the amount per 100 kg indicated multiplied by Vioo of the weight of milk and cream contained in 100 kg of the product;

(b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to Vioo of the amount indicated in Part 7 of Annex I to this Regulation under subheading 17.01 A (undenatured ) of the Common Customs Tariff.

5) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the following elements :

(a) the amount per 100 kg indicated;

(b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to Vioo of the amount indicated in Part 7 of Annex I to this Regulation under subheading 17.01 A (undenatured) of the Common Customs Tariff.

(®) However, for butter which is the subject of the measures provided for:

— in Regulations (EEC) No 1282/72 ( OJ No L 142, 22. 6. 1972) and (EEC) No 1717/72 ( OJ No L 181 , 9 . 8 . 1972), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-4 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom the coefficient shall be 0-6;

— in Regulation (EEC) No 349/73 ( OJ No L 40, 13 . 2 . 1973 ), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-5 ;
