COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 735/77 o£ 6 Aprii 1977 amending Regulations (EEC) No 571 /76 and (EEC) No 572/76 following the fixing of a new exchange rate to be applied in Denmark in agriculture

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinions of the relevant management committees, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 557/76 of 15 March 1976 on the exchange rates to be applied in agriculture and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 475/75 ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 723/77 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof,

Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 571 /76 is Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 571 /76 of amended as follows : 15 March 1976 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EEC) No 557/76 4 1 .
