COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 908/77 of 29 April 1977 fixing the rates of the refunds applicable from 1 May 1977 to certain milk products exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2 Article 1

1 . Subject to the provisions of Article 28 of Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1 51 9/72 (3), the rates of the refunds This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
