Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 1 Article 3, The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1423/77 is hereby Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 234/77 (6), laid down detailed rules of Article 2 application for Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 ; whereas the components used to calculate the differen­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 July 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
