THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1423/77 (7), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES, 1478/77 (8) ; whereas, in the case of the pound sterling and the Irish pound, the difference referred to in Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 for the Economic Community, period 6 to 12 July 1977 has changed, by reference to Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC the representative rate valid on 18 July 1977, by at of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a least one point from the percentage used for the prev common organization of the market in oils and ious fixing ; whereas this fact should be taken into fats (!), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No account when fixing the components used to calculate 1707/73 (2 ), the differential amounts for colza and rape seed,
