altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas , on the basis of the Council Decision of COMMUNITIES , 13 September 1977, a new representative rate is valid for the Danish kroner with effect from 16 September Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1977; whereas this rate corresponds to the central Economic Community, rate for that currency which was altered on 29 August 1977 ; whereas this should be taken into account when Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC fixing the components used in calculating the dif of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a ferential amounts for colza and rape seed; common organization of the market in oils and fats (1 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation 1707/73 (*), are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Colza and Rape Seed,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended by Regu HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : lation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 7 thereof, Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1423/77 of 23 August 1973 (®), as last amended by Regulation is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. (EEC) No 1234/77 (fl), laid down rules for the appli cation of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72; whereas the Article 2 comppnents used to calculate the differential amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1423/77 (7 ), as This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 September last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1981 /77 (8); 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
