altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 2267/77 (8) ; whereas, in the case of the pound sterling COMMUNITIES , and the Irish pound, the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 for the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European period 26 October to 1 November 1977 has changed, Economic Community, by reference to the representative rate valid on 7 Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC November 1977, by at least one point from the percen of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a tage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this fact common organization of the market in oils and should be taken into account when fixing the compo nents used to calculate the differential amounts for fats (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No colza and rape seed where those components are 1707/ 73 (2), already applied in respect of the Member State Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No concerned, 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : • by Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2300 /73 The Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1423/77 of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation is hereby replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . (EEC) No 1 234/77 (6), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; Article 2 whereas the components used to calculate the differen tial amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 November 1423/77 ( 7), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1977 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
