COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2761 /77 of 13 December 1977 amending Regulations ( EEC) No 1896/73 and (EEC) No 930/77 as regards beef which may be bought into intervention , its coefficient as well as its intervention buying-in prices applicable from 1 January 1978

Whereas Article 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 869/77 of 26 April 1977 fixing for the 1977/78 marketing year the guide price and the intervention Article 1 prices for adult bovine animals (5) fixed the interven­ tion price applicable in Ireland and in the United Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 is hereby Kingdom from 1 January 1978 at a higher level than replaced by Annex I to this Regulation . that in force up to 31 December 1977 ; whereas the intervention buying-in price for beef applied in those Article 2 Member States should likewise be adjusted from 1 January 1978 ; The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 930/77 is hereby replaced by Annex II to this Regulation . Whereas Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1302/73 of 15 May 1973 laying down general rules for Article 3 intervention on the market in beef and veal (6), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 427/77 (7), provides This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January that the qualities and cuts of products to be bought in 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
