Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special Article 1 measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended The Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1423/77 by Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular is hereby replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . Article 3 thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 Article 2 of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 234/77 (6), laid down detailed rules of This Regulation shall enter into ^orce on 8 March 1978 . application for Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
