COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 456/79 of 7 March 1979 correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 386/79 amending Regulation (EEC) No 68 /79 fixing countervailing charges on seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2358/71 of 26 October 1971 on the common organization of the market in seeds ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 234/79 (2), and in particular Article 6 (5) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 386/79 of 26 February 1979 (3) fixed counter­ vailing charges on seeds ; whereas an error found its way into the Annex to the said Regu­ lation ; whereas it is therefore necessary to correct the Annex in question ,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 1 In the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 386/79 the first indent should read as follows : '— double hybrids and top cross hybrids'. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member , States .
