altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 709/79 (7), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES, 837/79 (8) ; whereas, in the case of the pound sterling the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 25 April to 1 May Economic Community, 1979 has changed, by reference to the representative rate valid on 7 May 1979, by at least one point from Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a the percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this fact should be taken into account when fixing the common organization of the market in oils and components used to calculate the differential amounts fats ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No for colza and rape seed where those components are 590/79 P), already applied in respect of the Member States Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No concerned , 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation (EEC) No 852/78 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 709/79 as of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation amended is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. (EEC) No 1 234/77 (6), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; Article 2 whereas the components used to calculate the differen tial amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 May 19 79 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
