THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 1063/79 to the information at present available to COMMUNITIES, the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation, Economic Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza tion of the market in cereals (!), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1254/78 (2), and in particular the fifth subparagraph of Article 16 (2) thereof, The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No (d) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 and in Article 1 1418/76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza ( 1 ) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 and subject to tion of the market in rice (3), as last amended by Regu Regulation (EEC) No 2744/75 (6), as fixed in the lation (EEC) No 1260/78 (4), and in particular the fifth Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1063/79, are hereby subparagraph of Article 17 (2) thereof, altered to the amounts shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 June 1979 . and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC)
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(l) The export refund is paid in respect of maize, groats and meal : — of which a percentage not exceeding 30 '/« passes through a sieve with an aperture of 315 microns, — of which a percentage not exceeding 5 % passes through a sieve with an aperture of 150 microns . (*) 'Hulled grains' are grains corresponding to the definition given in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 821/68 (OJ No L 149, 29. 6. 1968, p. 46). (') 'Pearled grains' are grains corresponding to the definition given in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 821/68 (OJ No L 149, 29. 6. 1968, p. 46). (') Pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 2730/75 the product falling within subheading 17.02 B I enjoys the same export refund as the product falling within subheading 17.02 B II .
