THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1254/83 (6), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES , 1438 /83 0 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to Economic Community, Regulation (EEC) No 1254/83 ; whereas the Regula­ tion in question must therefore be corrected, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1413/82 (2), Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1223/ 83 of 20 May 1983 on the exchange rates to be applied in agriculture (3), The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1254/83 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto.
