COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1519/ 83 of 10 June 1983 altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza, rape and sunflower seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1254/83 (8), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES, 1438 /83 (9) ; whereas, in the case of the Greek drachma, the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 1 to 7 Economic Community, June 1983 has changed by at least one point from the percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a fact should be taken into account when fixing the common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), components used to calculate the differential amounts as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1413/82 (2), for colza, rape and sunflower seed where those compo­ nents are already applied in respect of the Member Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No States concerned, 1223/83 of 20 May 1983 on the exchange rates to be applied in agriculture (3), HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza, rape and sunflower seed (4), as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 1986/82 Q, and in particular Article 3 thereof, The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1254/83 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 of 23 August 1 973 (6), as last amended by Regulation Article 2 (EEC) No 2136/82 f), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 June the components used to calculate the differential 1983 . amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
