Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 of 23 August 1973 Q, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 21 36/82 (8), laid down detailed rules of Article 2 application for Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 ; whereas the components used to calculate the differential This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 July 1983.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
