COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2232/86 of 16 July 1986 on the sale by the procedure laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 2539/84 of beef held by certain intervention agencies and intended for export amending Regulation (EEC) No 1687/76 and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 1573/86

Without prejudice to Article 15 (2) and (3) of Regu­ lation (EEC) No 2173/79 the security referred to in para­ Article 7 graph 1 shall be released when the proof provided for in Article 12 of Regulation (EEC) No 1687/76 is furnished. This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 July 1986.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
