COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1037/94 of 3 May 1994 amending Regulations (EEC) No 1193/93, (EEC) No 1195/93, (EEC) No 1197/93, (EEC) No 1198/93 , (EEC) No 1516/93, and (EEC) No 1517/93 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 of 30 June 1992, on the common organization of the Article 3 of Regulations (EEC) No 1193/93, (EEC) No market in cereals ('), as amended by Commission Regula­ 1195/93, (EEC) No 1197/93, (EEC) No 1198/93, (EEC) tion (EEC) No 2193/93 (2), and in particular Article 5 No 1516/93 and (EEC) No 1517/93 is hereby replaced by thereof, the following : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2131 /93 (3), Article 3 as amended by Regulation (EC) No 1 20/94 (4), lays down the procedures and conditions for the disposal of cereals The export licences shall be valid from their date of held by the intervention agencies ; issue, within the meaning of Article 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 2131 /93 until 30 June 1994.
