REGULATION (EEC) No 2824/72 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 December,1972 laying down general rules for the financing of interventions by the Guarantee Section of the European Council Guidance and Guarantee Fund

Article4¶

This Regulation shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shail apply to expenditure financed after 1 January 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

Buying-in and consequent transactions carried out by an intervention agency in accordance with Article 7 ( 1), (2) and (3) first subparagraph of Regulation No 120/67/EEC and of Article 5 ( 1) and (2) of Regulation No 359/67/EEC. 2 . The private storage aids for butter and cream provided for in Article 6 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 . 3 . The special measures referred to in Article 6 (3) second subparagraph, second sentence of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 . 4 . Buying-in of skimmed-milk powder and consequent transactions carried out by an intervention agency in accordance with Article 7 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 . 5 .
