REGULATION (EEC) No 474/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 laying down detailed rules for the system of compensatory amounts applicable to sugar following the Accession of new Member States to the Community

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in taking account of the rules concerning the COMMUNITIES , export refund, the products for which no export refund may be granted should be specified ;

Whereas, pursuant to Article 82 of the Act, the compensatory amounts for the products in Article 1 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : (1 ) (d) of Council Regulation No 1009/67/EEC (4) of 18 December 1967 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 174/73 ( 5), are to be established in accord­ ance with the rules in force for calculating the levy, Article 1 in respect of compensatory amounts applicable to exports and in accordance with the rules in force for calculating the refund in respect of compensatory 1 . The amount referred to in Article 2 paragraph 2 (b) Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 2645/70 is increased : This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its (a) by the compensatory amount applicable in trade publication in the Official Journal of the European between : Communities . — Denmark and the original Community on the one part It shall apply from 1 February 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
