REGULATION (EEC) No 343/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 February 1974 supplementing Regulation (EEC) Nos 269/73 and 1463/73 as regards the time limit for the payment of compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES, 243/73 ( n) of . 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for rice and fixing these for certain products, and in particular Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 7(l)(c) thereof ; Economic Community ;

Article 15a is inserted in Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 February 1463/73 as follows : 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
