REGULATION (EEC) No 659/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 March 1974 defining a particular condition for the levying of the accession compensatory amounts in trade of the United Kingdom with the other Member States and with third countries in the market in milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty (*) concerning the Acces­ sion of the new Member States to the European Economic Community and to the European Atomic Article 1 Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
