REGULATION (EEC) No 529/75 OF THE COMMISSION

amending various Commission Regulations on milk and milk products in consequence of the increase in the intervention price of butter

Whereas the Regulations to be amended are the following : HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : — Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1282/72 (5 ) of 21 June 1972 on the sale of butter at a reduced Article 1 price to the army and similar forces, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2570/74 (6 ); — Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1717/72 (7) of 1 . In Article 5 ( 1 ) (b ) of Regulation (EEC ) 8 August 1972 on the sale of butter at a reduced No 1282/72 the words 'three units of account' are replaced by 'fifteen units of account'.

Article2¶

In Article 2 ( 1 ) the amount '76 units of account ' 195 units of account per 100 kg'. per 100 kg' is replaced by ' 87 units of account per 100 kg'. Article 4 2 . In Article 2 ( 3 ) the amount ' 111 units of account per 100 kg' is replaced by ' 123 units of account This Regulation shall enter into force on per 100 kg'. 3 March 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
